Founded in 2010, Body & Pole is NYC’s premiere pole and aerial dance studio, home to 170+ weekly classes led by world-renowned instructors. Located in the heart of Manhattan, we’ve spent the last 16 years pioneering the art of aerial dance and shaping the future of the industry. From first-timers to seasoned professionals, we aim to foster learning and innovation by pushing the boundaries of aerial dance for students, teachers, performers, and the pole and aerial dance community.
